Ingredients for 8 parts
- 90 g. sugar
- 800 ml. whole milk allergen !
- 250 ml. cream allergen !
- 200 g. riz rond
- 1 vanilla bean (5 g)
Steps
- In the saucepan, put the vanilla pod cut in half, the milk and the cream and bring to the boil.
- Meanwhile, put the rice (without rinsing it) in a small saucepan of cold water. Bring to the boil and as soon as the first big bubbles appear, drain the rice.
- Pour the blanched rice into the boiling milk. Mix well, pour into the dish and bake at 120°C for 70 min.
- Then add the sugar and stir.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the surface is golden brown then leave to cool in the oven.
