Ingredients for 25 parts
- 1 egg
- 90 g. butter
- 100 g. sugar
- 400 g. flour
- 5 g. ground ginger
- 5 g. ground cinnamon
- 5 g. ground clove
- 35 g. sunflower oil
- 1 lemon peel
- 5 g. baking powder
- 100 g. honey
- 5 g. noix de muscade en poudre
Steps
- Mix the softened butter with the honey then the egg.
- Add the sifted flour, baking powder, spices, sugar and lemon zest.
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Roll out the dough to 5 mm thick and cut out shapes using cookie cutters or glasses.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15 min.
