Ingredients for 1 part
- 10 g. sugar
- 500 mg. ground cinnamon
- 1 slices of sandwich bread
- 1 boskoop apple
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C..
- On the tail side, remove 2/3 of the core, keeping the bottom without piercing it.
- Peel the skin 1 cm around the hole.
- Place the butter in the hole and sprinkle generously with sugar then cinnamon.
- In the gratin dish, place the slice of sandwich bread then the apple.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
