Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook the lentils until they become tender then renew the cooking water.
  2. Continue cooking until the lentils are very tender.
  3. In the bowl, mix the lentils with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Shape table tennis balls and flatten them a little.
  5. Heat the pan over low heat, add a little oil and cook the meatballs until they are nicely browned.
  6. Once cooked, place the chiftele on a plate on a sheet of paper towel to absorb a little oil.
