Ingredients for 8 parts
- 1 egg
- 1 g. sea salt
- 300 ml. sunflower oil
- 1 c. à s. mustard
- 1 g. white pepper
- 1 c. à s. white wine vinegar
Steps
- Mix the whole egg and mustard.
- Add the fine salt and pepper.
- Mix to dissolve the seasoning.
- Add the oil in a small stream while mixing and finish the preparation with a dash of vinegar.
- You can add a pinch of chili powder. The texture is firmer because of the egg white.
