Steps

  1. Rinse the sushi rice until the water runs clear. Cook the rice in a saucepan with water according to the package instructions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Fold this mixture into the cooked rice and let it cool.
  3. Slice the salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber into thin strips.
  4. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a 2 cm border.
  5. Place strips of salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice. Roll gently using the sushi mat.
  6. Cut the roll into 2 cm thick slices using a sharp knife.
  7. Serve the sushi with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
