Steps

  1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and cut into quarters.
  2. Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Refresh in cold water and drain.
  3. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
  4. In a bowl, gently mix all the ingredients.
  5. Season with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve chilled.
