Ingredients for 4 parts
- 400 g. tomatoes
 - 3 eggs
 - 0.5 c. à c. sea salt
 - 3 c. à s. olive oil
 - 0.5 c. à c. black pepper
 - 100 g. olives
 - 250 g. snap beans green
 - 8 anchovy fillets
 - 1 c. à s. red wine vinegar
 - 150 g. tuna in oil
 
Steps
- Boil the eggs in a saucepan for 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and cut into quarters.
 - Cook the green beans in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Refresh in cold water and drain.
 - Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
 - In a bowl, gently mix all the ingredients.
 - Season with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve chilled.
