Ingredients for 40 parts
- 75 g. butter
- 0.25 c. à c. sea salt
- 200 g. flour
- 70 g. powdered sugar
- 180 g. cacao
Steps
- Cream the butter in a food processor.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- Mix in the dry ingredients with the butter until it forms a dough.
- Turn the ball of dough out onto a floured surface and roll it out to 1/4 of an inch thick.
- Square off the edges of your dough and continue by cutting finger-sized sticks out of the dough.
- Place the fingers on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes on the middle rack, or until lightly browned.
- Cool the fingers on a wire rack.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in a deep bowl.
- Using a fork, completely submerge the fingers in the chocolate. Tap the fork on the side of the bowl to drip the excess chocolate off the finger.
- Place the fingers on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate until the chocolate has set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
