A recipe for sautéed potatoes, deliciously seasoned, which combines the good taste of the potato with the sweet notes of peanut oil, semi-salted butter and flat parsley.

Ingredients for 6 parts
- 2 c. à s. butter
- 2 c. à s. sea salt
- 2 c. à s. frying oil
- 2 c. à s. parsley
- 1 g. black pepper
- 800 g. potatoes
Steps
- Wash the potatoes without peeling them. Cook them in water with coarse salt, without a lid. Check the doneness by making sure they remain firm. Drain and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into 0.5 cm thick slices.
- Heat the oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Place the potatoes and brown them quickly. Make sure the potatoes are browned on both sides. Season with pepper.
- Add the chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot.
