- 40 g. butter allergen !
- 1 g. sea salt
- 1 g. black pepper
- 2 citron (200 g)
- 400 g. cod allergen !
Instructions
- Rinse the hake steaks in iced water.
- Peel the lemons and cut them into slices.
- Bring salted water to a simmer in a saucepan.
- Put the hake steaks in the simmering water and poach for a few minutes, until cooked.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over low heat.
- Add the lemon juice to the melted butter and season with salt and pepper.
- Dress the poached hake steaks with melted butter and serve immediately.
