Ingredients for 4 parts
- 50 g. butter
- 80 g. flour
- 1 Kg. potatoes
- 50 g. Parmesan
- 1 c. à s. paprika
- 1 c. à c. mexican spices
- 1 c. à c. salt with celery
Steps
- Cut the potatoes in half then into quarters.
- Pour the potatoes into a bowl, add the flour and parmesan.
- Add spices.
- Add celery salt.
- Add paprika and salt.
- Mix well.
- Put the butter in a large baking dish, put it in the oven and turn on the oven to 200°C or thermostat 6/7.
- Add the potatoes to the dish, the butter should be hot and frothy. The potatoes should be in a single layer or almost, otherwise they will not brown well.
- Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Serve hot.
