Ingredients for 8 parts

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice.
  2. Boil the milk with the sugar.
  3. Pour in the rice.
  4. Add a pinch of cinnamon.
  5. Bake at thermostat 7.
  6. When the milk boils, lower to thermostat 4/5.
  7. Cook for 90 min. to 120 min. and serve with custard ("the sauce").
