Ingredients for 25 parts

Instructions

  1. Mix the soft butter with the honey then the egg.
  2. Incorporate the sifted flour, baking powder and spices.
  3. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 min.
  4. Take the mixture out of the fridge and add the sugar.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  6. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut out shapes using cookie cutters or glasses.
  7. Place on the baking tray and bake for 15 min.
