Steps

  1. Heat the whole farm milk and keep it there for 2 minutes. close to boiling and remove it from the heat.
  2. When the milk has dropped to around 40°C (use a finger, it should be hot but not hot), add a tablespoon of yogurt and mix.
  3. Pour into a jar, close it and keep it in a warm place at 30° or in a cloth.
  4. Leave the jar like this for 24 hours.
  5. After this period, the yogurt should be hard.
  6. Kept for longer, yogurt becomes sour and for less time, more liquid. The yogurt can be kept for a week in the refrigerator.
